Housed in a charming period property, Boutique33 retains many of its original features, including elegant parquet flooring and a statement fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.
Each apartment has been thoughtfully renovated to a high standard, combining timeless design with modern finishes. From comfortable living areas to fully equipped kitchens and sleek bathrooms, every detail has been considered to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

... at the heart of the high street, the building has undergone a complete renovation project designed to carefully preserve its character while giving it a new purpose for modern visitors and the local community.
Throughout the restoration, great care was taken to retain the building’s original charm and architectural features wherever possible. Elements such as the parquet flooring, original structure, and period details were restored and incorporated into the final design, allowing the building’s history to remain at the centre of the experience. The renovation transformed the upper floors into three individually designed boutique serviced apartments, each created to combine comfort, style, and practicality while respecting the heritage of the property.
On the ground floor, the space was reimagined as Vault33 a vibrant bar and social venue that has helped breathe new life into the building and contribute to the growing energy of Wrexham’s town centre.
Together, Boutique33 and Vault33 represent a blend of old and new, honouring the building’s past while creating a modern destination for visitors, guests, and the local community to enjoy.
